Terms of Service

1. The service
Monthly Product Forecast (“the app”) is a private research tool that analyses seasonal search demand for women's fashion products and suggests when to list them. Access is limited to people authorised by its owner and requires a password.
2. Forecasts are estimates
Search figures come from Google and are reported as Google provides them (Keyword Planner figures are rounded). Scores, peak months, confidence levels, projections and listing dates are calculated estimates based on past data. They are not guarantees of future demand or sales. Any results marked as demonstration data are synthetic examples and must not be relied on.
3. Google services
Use of Google data through the app is also subject to Google's terms, including the Google Ads API Terms and the Google API Services User Data Policy. How Google data is handled is described in the Privacy Policy.
4. Acceptable use
- Use the app only for lawful business research.
- Do not share access credentials, attempt to bypass access controls, or interfere with the app or the services it relies on.
5. Availability and changes
The app is provided “as is” and may change, be interrupted or be discontinued at any time. Features that rely on third-party services depend on those services being available.
6. Liability
To the extent permitted by law, the app's owner is not liable for indirect or consequential losses, or for business decisions made using the app's forecasts.
7. Changes to these terms
Updated terms are posted on this page with a new effective date.
